Hey Guys!
I finished level 20 exercises with 84% accuracy, well, that's fine!
I had to take a break from chess, but today did the exercises that i could't do in the week and i'm on the half of exercises level 30!
I classified to the next round of the rapid knockout chess.com champioship 1400-1600 with 8/10! My rating grew up to 1648, but i lost two on time (conections problems) and now it's 1610! That's ok, since I was a 1400 player two months ago!
Type chess boxing on youtube and have fun!
That's all folks!

Good News + Problems!
Hey guys! I'm having a problem, but the good news come first.
Well, I finished the level 10 exercises from the 1st circle with 97%! That's awesome for me, since the first time that I did i could get only 94%!
I sit down calmilly and thought well in every exercise, taking +- 30 seconds/exercise. Also playin' some great games on chess.com, as soon as they finish i'll analyse and post here. The book that Nemo recommended to me is very great! Chess Openings for White, Explained, it's simple, easy to understand and is very fun learn from it.
I'm having too major problems. One is about blogging, sometimes I think that you can't understand what I'm saying, since I didn't studyied english in the 3 past years, or seems that I think that i'm superior to others, like one of my first posts here about Blunderprone's Ice training and my home made chess desk (i wish i had a table). I was reading this post yesterday and looked like i was putting Blunderprone in a down degree, but ice training seems amazing! I tried to use irony... So i'm sorry for the problems that the language put to me.
The other problem is about slow games. I didn't like blitz because I only loose, but a friend told me to play 3 blitz/day to improve (he did that and was brazilian u14 champion). Reading some sites most of coaches recommend slow games, and I prefer to play slow games, but i'm playing to quickly!
I tried to play a 75min game with Fritz, I lost with 68min on clock and Fritz had 54.
It's hard to think for a long time at home, and on internet nobody wants to play with such a time!
Where I can play slow games? Please help me!
P.S.: Now I work as a Chess Teacher for begginers and I'm Couching the UFJF (University) team, it'll be a hard time to do some good work 'cause we'll face some FM's and don't have any rated(FIDE) player. But we'll do our best!
Greetings from Brazil!

Day 3/4
Everything's ok!
I'm doing the routine, (Finish level 10 in two days) playing some blitz and trying to play some slow with Fritz, but I always play quickly.
I can only play OTB slow games, on the pc it sucks, my eyes get tired.

Day 2
Done the 20 exercises programmed for today!
I'm very tired, been studying all the afternoon so i'm not going to play blitz todays!
I updated the sidebar with new links. The ratings I'll fix tomorrow.
Also I lost a nice game in chess.com on time =\
Man, that's cruel!
But i'm ok, i'll retrieve my rating! ;)
That's all for today, see you tomorrow!
