A Nice game!

I'm testing the king's gambit, so here it is a example
(althoug i already lost on 6 moves playing this opening lol!)

I'm doing the 20 exercises from the circle 1, and that's all!
I'm thinking of enter in the State tournament next month, somebody has a suggestion of openings and lines that you like? I'm having much trouble learning openings, I don't know where to look!

Thanks for all the support! ;)

Hey great game! I like it! I personally have never used the King's Gambit although I've been tempted. If you want a solid opening, go with the Scotch Gambit. It happens to be my favorite thus far as far as 1.e4 is concerned.

You can learn the Scotch Gambit from Chess Openings For White Explained. I just bought this book when I made the switch to 1.e4 and it's really great! I enjoy it thoroughly.

I have discussed some openings on my own site, but most of the chess lessons are about tactics or about creating your own opening lessons.

If you are looking for a lot of links about opening analysis I advice to have a look at the links of Michael Goeller's page.

I challenged you to a 2 game Kings Gambut match on chess.com (1 as white, 1 as black) , because I too am experimenting with the Kings Gambit. Wanna play?

A very solid opening to begin with is The Colle system!!!
